Session Time/Cancellation Policy

I understand the value of your time, and make every effort to have all sessions begin and end on time. If you are unable to make your scheduled therapy appointment, and you notify me (by e-mail, telephone or text) at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged for your missed session. I also make every effort to offer patients a no-extra-charge make-up session within that week, whenever possible.
